  • Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Ensure all tasks are performed with dignity and respect for the clients privacy and preferences.
  • Mobility Support:
  • Help clients move safely around their home, as needed. This may include support with walking, transferring from bed to chair, and using mobility aids.
  • Medication Reminders:
  • Prompt clients to take medications at the appropriate times, ensuring adherence to prescribed schedules.
  • Meal Preparation:
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the clients dietary needs and preferences. Assist with feeding if necessary.
  • Household Tasks:
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for the client.
  • Companionship:
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to promote mental and emotional wellness. Provide social and emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
  • Observation and Reporting:
  • Monitor clients physical and mental conditions and report any significant changes or concerns to the supervisor or healthcare provider promptly.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided, including the completion of daily logs and reporting forms as required by company policies.
  • Qualifications:
  • Caring Attitude:
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in personal or home care is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Dependability:
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Physical Stamina:
  • Ability to perform tasks that require continuous physical effort, including lifting, standing, and bending.
