Candidate Characteristics:

MINIMUM of 6 months experience caring for Seniors professionally or personally. Passion for helping people Personal care experience Ability to perform duties of job: may include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, preparing meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship Must be professional in communication and appearance Must be able to follow directions and communicate effectively with our clients and staff. CNA type experience is a plus but not required Positive, upbeat attitude Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must pass background checks Responsible, ethical behavior, with verifiable employment references Social Security Card Drivers License To be able to transport yourself to work with reliable transportation
