Position Summary The Sales Representative plays a key role in growing our agency's footprint throughout the Cypress and Greater Houston area. You will develop and maintain strong referral relationships, represent the agency at community events, and help families connect to quality home care services.
Salary & Benefits Base Salary:

Significant and unlimited bonus potential Flexible schedule Paid time off and paid holidays Ongoing training & development Supportive team culture Responsibilities Identify, develop, and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, senior centers, and healthcare professionals. Represent Always Best Care at networking events and community outreach activities. Generate leads, build trust, and guide families through the intake process. Manage a sales pipeline and close deals effectively to meet or exceed referral and scheduled care hour goals. Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth client onboarding process. Participate in on-call rotations outside regular office hours as needed. Qualifications Proven sales experience in home care, healthcare, or related field. Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in care management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Problem-solving mindset with creative solution generation. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
