Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Support clients with mobility using equipment or proper safty techniques. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment Requirements Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is preferred Valid certifications such as CPR and First Aid are highly desirable Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with patient transfers safely Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, Alzheimer's disease, or dementia is a plus Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts Join us now!
