Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting their independence. Duties Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort. Assist individuals with disabilities, including autism and developmental disabilities, ensuring they receive the appropriate support. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as needed. Skills Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including autism and developmental disabilities. Knowledge of long-term care practices and patient monitoring techniques. Ability to create and implement effective care plans that address the specific needs of clients. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing compassionate senior care.
