In Home Care Male Provider At Home Health Care, LLC Edinburg, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time $13.50

Duties:
- Provide care and support to individuals with disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene (including bathing) meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Implement behavior support plans and strategies to promote positive behaviors and social skills.
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social outings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and progress notes.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
- Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals in accordance with resident rights policies.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols.
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
