Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Attendants to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Attendant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being. Positions are available immediately in the Terrell, Kaufman, Wills Point, Quinlan, Forney and Mesquite areas.Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundry
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client's homes
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
