The ideal person we are looking for is patient and friendly, and can handle basic caregiving skills. They should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help our residents. We consider our residents and employees as part of the family, and are looking for candidates that prefer to work in this type of environment.
Responsibilities:
Help residents with personal care and hygiene, including toileting, bathing, dressing and incontinence care Help residents during mealtime, including feeding and assistance Assist residents with mobility around the facility and outdoors in our beautiful gardens Report any unusual incidents Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Requirements/Skills:
Proven experience as a caregiver Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Respectful and compassionate Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong ethics Physical endurance Now hiring for day and evening shifts: Day shift: 6 am- 2 pm Evening shift: 2 pm - 10 pm All shifts are four days on, 2 days off.
