Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals of all ages, including children, infants, toddlers, and those with disabilities. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment while promoting growth, development, and well-being. Duties Provide attentive care to children, infants, and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and diapering for infants and young children Implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, early childhood education, and behavioral management Support individuals with disabilities by assisting with mobility, personal care, and daily tasks in accordance with care plans Engage children in educational play, teaching basic skills, and encouraging social interaction in daycare or preschool settings Maintain a clean and organized environment that adheres to safety standards and promotes healthy development Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about progress, needs, and any concerns related to the child's well-being Qualifications Prior experience working with children or in childcare settings such as daycare or preschool is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques Certification in first aid and CPR is required to ensure safety during emergencies Experience caring for infants and toddlers with patience, compassion, and enthusiasm Strong understanding of behavior management strategies for young children Ability to follow detailed care instructions and adapt to individual needs of clients with disabilities Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, team members, and other caregivers Join us in creating a positive impact by providing caring support that nurtures growth and happiness.
