Caregiver Cece's Heart Home Care LLC Georgetown, TX Job Details Temporary | Part-time $15 - $19 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications CPR Certification First Aid Certification End-of-life care Patient interaction Meal assistance Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including home, community, assisted living, and long-term care facilities. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by delivering personalized care with professionalism and empathy. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through attentive caregiving and support. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Medication reminders Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and sanitation practices. Support residents with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care, ensuring a safe and comforting environment Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans Skills Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care settings Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of patient information CPR and First Aid certification required; additional certifications such as Alzheimer's or dementia care are a plus Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities Strong communication skills for working with patients and families Compassionate demeanor with excellent caregiving skills focused on patient safety and well-being Experience working with diverse populations including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring hospice or palliative care Join our team to provide quality caregiving that truly makes a difference.
