Duties Assist children and adults with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide engaging activities that promote childhood development, early childhood education, and behavioral management Support infants and toddlers with feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and developmental milestones Implement safety procedures including first aid when necessary and ensure a secure environment at all times Collaborate with families, teachers, or healthcare professionals to develop tailored care plans Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observe any changes in health or behavior Create a warm, nurturing atmosphere that encourages learning, growth, and emotional well-being Qualifications Prior experience in childcare, nannying, daycare work, or classroom settings demonstrating classroom experience or preschool expertise Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Experience working with children of various ages including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and team members Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, compassion, and professionalism Familiarity with early childhood education practices or caregiving for individuals with disabilities is highly desirable Join us in creating a caring environment where every individual feels valued and supported!
