Duties Provide attentive care for children and infants, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and nap times for toddlers and infants Support children's development through educational activities, playtime, and behavior management strategies Implement early childhood education principles to promote learning and curiosity in young children Help individuals with disabilities by offering personalized assistance tailored to their needs Maintain a clean, organized environment that encourages safety and independence Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, or team members to report progress or concerns Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool settings, babysitting, or nannying roles Classroom experience or early childhood education background is highly desirable Knowledge of childhood development milestones and behavior management techniques Hands-on experience caring for infants and toddlers in a caregiving or childcare setting Familiarity with first aid procedures and safety protocols to respond promptly to emergencies Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Demonstrated ability to teach, nurture, and support young children's growth in a caring manner Join us in creating positive environments where children thrive!
