Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support childhood development through engaging activities, teaching, and behavior management strategies that promote learning and social skills Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times in accordance with individual needs Implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and early learning concepts Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding daily progress, milestones, and any concerns Ensure a clean and organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Respond promptly to emergencies using first aid skills when necessary and follow proper protocols for injury or illness Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom environments is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques Certification or training in first aid and CPR is advantageous Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Familiarity with early childhood education practices and classroom experience will support success in this role Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Join us as a Caregiver to inspire confidence, foster growth, and create joyful moments for children and individuals alike.
