Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to individuals across various age groups and needs. Duties Assist children with daily routines, including feeding, dressing, and hygiene, ensuring a safe and engaging environment Support toddlers and infants with age-appropriate activities that promote development and learning Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive social interactions and emotional growth Provide first aid when necessary, responding promptly to minor injuries or health concerns Collaborate with families, teachers, or healthcare professionals to develop tailored care plans Engage children in educational activities that foster childhood development and early learning skills Maintain a clean, organized space conducive to nurturing growth and safety Requirements Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs Strong communication skills and a caring, patient demeanor Experience in classroom settings or early childhood programs is advantageous Demonstrated ability to manage behavior positively and promote a supportive environment Join us as a Caregiver and become an essential part of enriching lives through compassionate care!
