Job Description

As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in need. Duties:
Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, or other special needs Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding Engage individuals in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care Follow resident rights guidelines and ensure privacy and confidentiality Adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient information
Experience:
Previous experience in patient care or caregiving roles is preferred Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities, dementia care, or in nursing home or assisted living settings is a plus Knowledge of first aid procedures and techniques is beneficial Experience in childcare or working with children is also valued Please note that this position may require flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
