Client Services Coordinator, Home Care

Client Services Coordinator, Home Care Currently we are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to market, coordinate and manage personal care assistance services in a Senior Independent Living Community in Katy, Texas.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing and supervising all Personal Assistance Services provided for clients living at a beautiful independent living facility for seniors; Educating residents about all services available for medical and non-medical care; Responding to all inquiries appropriately; Performing all new client assessments and creating care plans according to client needs; Managing the client and caregiver schedules; Supervising staff of Certified Nurse Aides and Personal Care Aides, including performing Supervisory Visits, on-going training, disciplinary actions as needed; Participating in/ sponsoring community events (Bingo, Happy Hour, etc) Selected candidate will work closely with other professional medical staff to meet client needs in the home and community. The ability to effectively communicate the patient's progress and formulate changes needed to the client/ family/ and physician is essential. Make appropriate referrals to home health skilled services as needed.

Skills/ Requirements:

Enthusiastic, outgoing individual who enjoys working with people, with a passion for senior care Experience in Home Health/ Home Care for seniors Three years experience in Customer Service, Sales, Marketing. Prefer experience in a senior living environment. Combines judgment, experience, and business knowledge to make sound decisions. Skilled at supervising work of a team of individuals with differing levels of skill to enable them to achieve performance and quality standards. Computer skills required. Above average communication skills. Extremely organized and able to prioritize tasks successfully
