Early Childhood Caregiver (InfantsSchool Age)

Job Summary Tender Years Enrichment Learning Center is seeking caring, dependable, and energetic Early Childhood Caregivers to join our growing team! In this rewarding role, you will help nurture and support children from infancy through school age while creating a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment. Our caregivers play an important role in supporting each child's emotional, social, and educational development while helping create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for children and families alike. Duties Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children while ensuring safety and supervision at all times Plan and assist with age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and social development Support daily classroom routines including feeding, diapering, potty training, nap time, and outdoor play Maintain open and professional communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's day and development Use positive guidance and classroom management techniques to encourage appropriate behavior Work as a team with other staff members to maintain a structured and engaging classroom environment Follow all state licensing, health, and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization within classrooms and common areas Must be a team player all around the board and willing to help where needed throughout the center Requirements Previous experience in childcare, daycare, preschool, or related settings preferred Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate practices CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced childcare environment Dependable, patient, nurturing, and professional attitude Must meet Texas Child Care Licensing requirements Why Join Tender Years?
