2792 About The Company We are recruiting for a range of shift patterns, such as full time nights, with a minimum of 3 nights working alternate weekends. We are also recruiting for day staff, working 40 hours per week, on a rolling rota including alternate weekends. About The Role This role is based within a residential care home, providing consistent support to residents in a safe and nurturing environment. The home operates on a round-the-clock basis, offering a range of shift patterns to ensure continuity of care at all times. This includes weekday, weekend, and overnight shifts, with staff working as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week As a Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You'll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.
