What You'll Actually Do:

Daily Living & Personal Care Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene Provide mobility assistance and walking support Promote safety and independence throughout the home Monitor and report changes in condition Homemaking & Environment Support Light housekeeping including laundry, dishes, organizing, and tidying Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment Help reduce fall risks and household hazards Meal Support & Nutrition Prepare simple meals and snacks Encourage hydration and healthy eating habits Assist with meal setup and reminders as needed Reminders & Routine Assistance Provide medication reminders Assist with maintaining routines and schedules Support recovery and wellness goals Companionship & Emotional Support Engage in meaningful conversation and activities Provide encouragement and companionship Build trust through consistency and attentiveness Offer a positive and supportive presence Documentation & Communication Complete daily care notes accurately Communicate updates with the care coordination team Follow client care plans and agency policies Why Work With Harmony At Home?
