Lead Service Technician (Lawn & Landscaping)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Service Technician to join our growing lawn and landscaping team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is ready to grow with a company that is expanding quickly. The right candidate will have hands-on experience with lawn care and landscaping equipment, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage and motivate a small team.

Who we are:

We are a full service Landscaping company that performs full lawn and landscaping needs for our clients. Our jobs range from standard lawn care, to full sodding, fencing, and fertilization. We are looking for the right candidate to teach and promote quickly. Must be detail oriented, have good decision making skills, and be able to learn and be teachable.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Understand Landscaping terms and knowledge including, fencing, lawns, beds, trees Lead and supervise crew members on job sites to ensure quality and productivity Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail on all properties Communicate effectively with customers and represent the company professionally Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets client expectations Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Assist in training and developing team members

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license (required) Proven experience operating lawn and landscaping equipment safely Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team Dependable, punctual, and responsible Customer-focused with good communication skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
