Magnolia Estate Services We are looking for a motivated Lawn Care Worker to join our landscaping team, experience preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive landscaping services to businesses and residences, including lawn and tree maintenance. As a Lawn Care Worker on our team, you operate mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters, and other common tools. We are especially interested in candidates with prior experience in landscape maintenance, ground maintenance, aerating, irrigation, and fertilization techniques. Lawn Care Worker Duties and Responsibilities Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants and foliage Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal Ensure proper storage of equipment during transport Lawn Care Worker Requirements and Qualifications A valid driver's license and clean driving record. License is preferred but not required Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods Familiarity with common landscaping equipment Prior experience or work in lawn maintenance (preferred) Reliable and self-motivated We are open to candidates that have the availability to work part-time or full-time. We are also open to candidates that are able to work with us long-term or just for a short period or season.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
