Summary As a Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing compassionate and personalized support. Located in various communities across the United States, this position allows you to make a meaningful impact while helping individuals maintain their independence at home. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. Assist with mobility and transportation as needed, including heavy lifting when required. Monitor clients' health conditions and report any changes to the appropriate personnel. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including CPR certification when necessary. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or home care preferred. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively. Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including heavy lifting.
