Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00

PM Client Support Includes:

Personal care assistance Showering & grooming support Fall risk supervision and stand-by assistance Walker, wheelchair & cane support Light housekeeping Occasional errands Companionship and safety monitoring This is a calm, one-on-one care environment focused on helping a Veteran remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
