Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and shift type We are currently hiring dependable caretakers and personal attendants who want flexible scheduling, organized payroll tracking, and a streamlined work experience supported by modern technology. What Makes This Position Different Unlike traditional home care agencies, our platform gives employees direct visibility into scheduling, shift tracking, and payroll-related information.
Employees are able to:
View scheduled shifts through a live calendar system Access color-coded client schedules and work assignments Clock in and out digitally Receive pay confirmation through tracked shift records See live shift timers while clocked in Work with structured scheduling Our system is designed to reduce payroll confusion and scheduling uncertainty Scheduling Flexibility We support flexible scheduling and allow employees to: Choose shifts that fit their availability Work full-time, part-time, PRN, or supplemental schedules Coordinate schedule changes in advance Employees are expected to provide at least 1 week notice before calling out of a scheduled shift whenever possible . Responsibilities Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes Assist with companionship, mobility, meal preparation, hygiene reminders, and daily living activities Arrive on time to scheduled client locations Use the mobile system to clock in/out during shifts Maintain professionalism and communication with clients and staff Follow client care plans and organizational policies Technology & Employee Experience Our employee platform includes: Live shift scheduling Geolocation-supported clock-in verification Automatic shift duration tracking Real-time payroll logging Modern employee dashboard interface Secure employee access to shift and work history Clock-in verification is based on: Scheduled work time Proximity to the assigned client location This structure helps protect both employees and clients by ensuring accurate shift confirmation and payroll documentation.
