Premium Shift Opportunities Location:
North Dallas / DFW Metroplex (Client homes throughout service area)
Pay:
$13•$17/hr per shift + standby compensation opportunities
Schedule:
On-Call / As Needed / Backup Coverage Team Not every caregiver wants a fixed schedule. Some prefer flexibility, extra income opportunities, and the ability to step in when help is needed most. Harmony At Home Senior Care is building an On-Call Coverage Team made up of dependable caregivers who help cover: Same-day call offs Unexpected staffing gaps New client starts Hospital discharges returning home Urgent weekend coverage Temporary assignments while permanent staffing is arranged This role is ideal for caregivers who: Want extra hours around another job Like variety instead of the same client every week Prefer PRN-style work Are comfortable traveling throughout the DFW area Can respond quickly when coverage is needed What Makes This Position Different? Unlike a traditional caregiver schedule, On-Call Team members help support agency operations when urgent needs arise.
You may assist with:
Personal care / bathing assistance Transfers & mobility support Meal preparation Light housekeeping Safety supervision Transportation / errands Companion care Short-notice coverage assignments Availability We Are Looking For Preferred caregivers have availability during one or more:
Morning Coverage:
6 AM•12
PM Afternoon Coverage:
12 PM•5
PM Evening Coverage:
