Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA privacy regulations Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary requirements and assist with meal consumption when needed Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and organization tasks Experience Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly desirable Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of patient information Hands-on experience with first aid certification and CPR training is essential Strong communication skills for working effectively with clients, families Knowledge of medication administration procedures following prescribed care plans Compassionate attitude combined with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally Join us to provide dedicated home care that enriches lives!
