Job Description

URGENT NEED!
Branch Director to lead operations, compliance, and business development for our Personal Care services. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead overall branch operations, ensuring compliance with Texas Medicaid, EVV requirements and all state and payer regulations
  • Drive business development and census growth through referral relationships, community partnerships, and local marketing initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and identify new growth opportunities
  • Manage branch financial performance, including P&L, cost control, and payroll accuracy
  • Recruit, lead, and develop staff to support high performance, engagement, and retention
  • Oversee service quality and ensure prompt resolution of client concerns
  • Promote caregiver engagement through training, communication, and in-office support initiatives
  • Represent the organization in the community through events, hiring fairs, and outreach efforts
Qualifications Education:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
Experience:
  • 3-5 years leadership in home health, personal care, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years in a director-level role
Skills & Expertise:
  • Knowledge of Texas Medicaid and EVV compliance
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven success in business development, referral growth, or market expansion
