We want to pay someone to sit with our mother who is a resident of a memory care center. You would not be expected to perform the duties of the employees of the memory care center. We only want someone to sit with her and alert the staff if she needs assistance. We want someone to provide emotional support through active listening, companionship, and engaging activities that enhance social interaction and mental well-being.
