Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator Pay:

Schedule:
Full-time, primarily Monday-Friday with occasional evenings, holidays, and rotating weekends for events and programming needs This is not "activities." This is how memory care comes alive. A great memory care program is not built around a calendar taped to the wall. It is built around music, movement, stories, purpose, familiar routines, family connection, spiritual life, creativity, and small moments that help residents feel safe and seen. We are hiring a Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator for Keepsake Gardens , our dedicated memory care neighborhood. This role is for someone creative, organized, warm, and steady — someone who can build meaningful days for residents living with dementia and help families feel connected to those moments. This is not a caregiver position, but the Coordinator must be comfortable assisting residents during programming, meals, transitions, and occasional care needs. What You'll Do Plan and lead daily life enrichment programs for memory care residents Build monthly activity calendars that reflect resident interests, abilities, and traditions Lead music, sensory, art, movement, reminiscence, spiritual, outdoor, cooking/baking, family, and community programs Track attendance, engagement, feedback, and participation in LifeLoop Take quality photos and videos of resident life and activities Create a short weekly "One Day Video" highlighting resident engagement Communicate warmly and professionally with families Build partnerships with churches, schools, volunteers, and community groups Assist residents during activities, meals, transitions, and occasional care needs Help support staffing needs and leadership coverage as scheduled The Coordinator job description supports this focus on daily life enrichment, resident engagement, LifeLoop documentation, family communication, community partnerships, photos/videos, and the weekly "One Day Video." What We're Looking For Experience planning or leading activities, life enrichment programs, recreation programs, or group engagement is required Memory care, dementia care, senior living, or recreation therapy experience strongly preferred Comfortable working with residents living with dementia or Alzheimer's Strong communication skills with residents, families, and team members Comfortable using basic technology, LifeLoop, photos/videos, and calendar tools Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and assist with resident mobility/support as needed Willingness to work occasional evenings, holidays, and rotating weekends for events and programming needs Pay and Benefits $17
  • 22 per hour, based on experience Approximate full-time annual range: $35,000
  • 45,000 $2,000 sign-on bonus PTO Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) Paid training Bereavement pay Continuing education support Sign-on bonus paid in two installments: $1,000 after 90 days and $1,000 at the 6-month anniversary.
