Job Overview Join our compassionate team as an In-Home Caregiver, where your dedication and skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. This vital role involves providing personalized, high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with clients to deliver a range of supportive services tailored to their unique needs, fostering a warm and trusting environment that encourages dignity and comfort. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring dietary requirements are met. Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance mental well-being. Manage medication reminders and ensure clients adhere to prescribed treatment plans. Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a safe and clean living environment. Monitor clients' health status, observe for any changes or concerns, and communicate updates promptly to family members or healthcare professionals. Support clients with transportation for medical appointments, errands, or social activities to promote community engagement. Follow all safety protocols and care plans meticulously to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times. Qualifications Two years verifiable experience in home care or personal caregiving and/or a CNA license from an accredited institution in lieu of experience are needed. Preemployment background check and drug screen required. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and assisting clients with mobility safely. Demonstrated reliability, compassion, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and client needs. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
