  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in various settings, including homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting with daily living activities and providing companionship to those in need. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide personal care and support for individuals with varying needs, including those with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and autism. Monitor patients' health by observing their condition and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals. Administer medication as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning and preparation. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary for patient mobility assistance. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Uphold patient confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations at all times. Skills First aid and CPR certification are preferred. Experience in home health care, senior care, or long-term care settings is highly valued. Strong patient observation skills with the ability to monitor vital signs effectively. Familiarity with care plans and medication administration processes. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility needs. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Compassionate approach towards caregiving with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for individuals in your care. Experience working with individuals who have disabilities or require specialized support is a plus.
