Responsibilities Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to enhance their comfort and independence Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of loneliness Administer medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed Monitor clients' health status, report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly Support clients in maintaining their routines and engaging in activities that stimulate their physical and mental health Follow care plans meticulously to ensure all client needs are met safely and effectively Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, observations, and any incidents for accurate records Requirements Proven experience in caregiving or related healthcare roles Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, post-acute care patients, or those requiring sub-acute care Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Compassionate nature with a proactive attitude toward patient safety and comfort Join us in delivering exceptional in-home care that transforms lives!
