Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide assistance with mobility and transfers (e.g., from bed to wheelchair). Monitor and record vital signs under the supervision of nursing staff. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs. Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up. Remind clients to take prescribed medications. Provide companionship and emotional support.
