The role is crucial for enhancing the quality of life of clients by providing both physical assistance and emotional support. Key 
Responsibilities:
Personal 
Care:
 Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and eating. Medication 
Management:
 Administer prescribed medications and monitor adherence to care plans. Mobility 
Assistance:
 Help clients move safely, including transferring from bed to wheelchair, walking, or exercising. Household 
Management:
 Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and maintain a safe living environment.
Companionship:
 Provide emotional support, engage in conversation, and participate in recreational activities to reduce loneliness. Health 
Monitoring:
 Observe and report changes in physical or mental health to family members or healthcare professionals. Transport 
Assistance:
 Accompanyclientstomedicalappointments,errands,orsocialactivities. Emergency 
Response:
 Provide first aid or CPR and contact emergency services when necessary.
Documentation:
 Maintain accurate records of care provided and daily activities as required by the organization. Required Skills and 
Qualifications:
Previous experience in care giving, nursing, or healthcare is preferred but not always required Must pass background check.
