As a Direct Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with diverse needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. ```Duties```
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication observation.
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Implement strategies to promote positive behaviors
- Support individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities and mental health issues such as depression.
- Monitor and record vital signs as necessary
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Handle conflicts or challenging situations effectively and respectfully ```Experience```
- Previous experience in direct care or caregiving roles is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of CPR is helpful but not required. We will provide CPR training if needed.
- Experience working with individuals in residential settings is a plus.
Shift Hours:
Saturday and Sunday 3pm- 10pm All female facility
