Job Responsibilities:

⦁ Provide daily activities for our individuals ⦁ Participate in community outings ⦁ Assist in personal hygiene, light cleaning and cooking ⦁ Document and summarize the individuals' goal progress ⦁ Assist in medication

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old Must be able to PASS Criminal Background Check, Drug Test. Must have valid State of Utah Drivers License Must be able to PASS driving record check. Can work on
