In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include assisting with day/night time routines, promoting independence, and fostering a supportive environment that encourages personal growth. We are looking for full and part time staff.
The shifts are as follows:
weekends are required so days off are week days, the weekday shifts are 2:30pm
  • 10pm. Weekend shifts are 8am
  • 3pm and 3pm
  • 10pm. We also have grave shifts available, 10pm
  • 8am.

Responsibilities Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities in everyday tasks. Assist clients with routines such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores. Monitor clients health and well-being, ensuring any changes are documented and communicated effectively to the managers. Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences. Maintain a safe and clean environment while adhering to company policies. Requirements Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities is preferred but not required! Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own time. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Food handlers permit is required and must be obtained through your own finances and time. CPR certification is required but can be obtained after hire date, as we provide classes at our expense for you. Must be able lift 50lbs safely Join us in making a difference in the lives of those we support by providing compassionate care and dedicated assistance. From $16.00 per hour
