Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated Caregivers to join our team . This role involves providing exceptional in-home care and support during afternoon and evening hours (3 p.m. to 10 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.). As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their well-being through compassionate care and attentive monitoring. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and reporting any concerns promptly Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Support medication management and administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry Use patient observation skills to identify changes in condition or behavior that require attention Employ specialized techniques such as Hoyer lifts or resident transfers to ensure safety during mobility assistance Qualifications Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and HIPAA compliance standards Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia (including Alzheimer's and memory care), or hospice needs is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life Valid certification in caregiving-related areas such as CPR or first aid is advantageous Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve!
