Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated part-time Caregivers to deliver exceptional in-home support tailored to each client's unique needs. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes or concerns Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning according to care plans Support medication administration and ensure compliance with prescribed treatments Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, including patient observations and progress notes Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to promote emotional well-being Follow safety protocols such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA regulations, and proper use of assistive devices like Hoyer lifts Qualifications Prior experience in home care, assisted living, nursing home, or group home settings preferred Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism Certification in CPR and First Aid required; additional certifications such as HIPAA compliance are a plus Ability to lift heavy objects safely and assist with transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts Excellent patient observation skills and ability to monitor vital signs accurately Compassionate attitude with strong communication skills and patience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for community-based visits Join us as a part-time Caregiver in <
