In this vital role, you will provide personalized assistance and support to individuals with diverse needs, promoting their independence, safety, and well-being. Your energetic approach will help create a warm, respectful environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve while working within a supportive team dedicated to excellence in care. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor and observe patients' conditions, noting changes in behavior or health status and reporting findings to healthcare professionals Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as required Support clients with medication reminders and ensure proper medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties, laundry, and organizing personal spaces Document care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA and facility policies Provide emotional support, companionship, and engagement to enhance clients' mental well-being Requirements Prior experience working in assisted living, home health, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, and dementia or Alzheimer's care is essential Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or memory care needs is desirable Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed care plans accurately Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful, person-centered care Join us in delivering exceptional support that empowers individuals to live healthier, happier lives. Pay:
