• from job fairs to referral networks, you'll be everywhere caregivers are. Spot talent fast

• launch recognition programs, track turnover, and design retention strategies that keep caregivers engaged. Be the culture champion

• maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure we're always audit-ready. Stay agile
• jump in to support on-call needs, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly. What We're Looking For A relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office savvy). High school diploma or GED (bonus points for healthcare or customer service experience). Sharp communication skills
