Role Overview:
As a Weekend Caregiver at BrightStar Care of Fairfax, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our skilled nursing team to ensure each client receives tailored support that enhances their quality of life. What we offer to our employees: NEW! Hourly Rate:
$20-22/hr. for
Licensed CNAs Hourly Rate:
$19-20/hr. for PCA (with certificate)
Hourly Rate:
$18-19/hr. for Caregiver/DSP/HHA $55 for 2hr bath visits ($27.50/hr) Medical/ Health Insurance (must avg. 30 hrs/week) Free Dental & Vision Insurance for Employee (must avg. 30 hrs/week) Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit $250 Employee Referral Bonus 401K plus matching! (once eligible) Paid caregiver orientation OT and Holiday Pay A personal introduction to new clients by one of our nurses •$500 New Hire Bonus for new employees of BrightStar Care. Must be in good standing and work 20 shifts within 45 days of hire date •
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care services, such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation, tailored to individual client needs. Assist with mobility and provide companionship to enhance the quality of life for clients. Monitor and document client health and well-being, reporting changes to nursing staff as needed. Support clients with daily living activities and implement prescribed care plans. Provide client transportation as needed utilizing personal vehicle (REQUIRED-NOT
