We serve elderly individuals, disabled clients, and those in need of respite care or companionship, ensuring they receive personalized and respectful assistance in their homes. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate in-home caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient well-being, excellent observational skills, and experience in providing comprehensive personal care. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and supporting their independence within the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor and observe patients' health status, noting changes in condition and reporting to healthcare professionals as needed. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences while maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Administer medications accurately following prescribed care plans and document medication administration in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment for clients. Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' quality of life, fostering a respectful and caring relationship. Skills Proven experience in home care or community care settings with knowledge of assisted living or nursing home environments. Certifications in First Aid and CPR are required; additional training in Alzheimer's care, dementia care, or hospice care is preferred. Strong patient observation skills with the ability to monitor vital signs and recognize signs of distress or deterioration. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs populations. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
