• 21/hr Flexible scheduling Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available Supportive office team One-on-one client care Meaningful work helping people stay safely at home Local Northern Virginia cases Responsibilities Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help with transfers, ambulation, and fall precautions Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making Provide companionship and emotional support Remind clients to take medications as directed Assist with errands and appointments when assigned Observe and report changes in client condition Follow the client's care plan and agency policies Document care provided accurately and on time Requirements Previous caregiving, PCA, HHA, CNA, or personal care experience preferred Compassionate, dependable, and respectful Ability to assist with transfers and personal care Reliable transportation preferred Able to pass background screening CPR/First Aid preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications CNA, HHA, PCA, or Direct Care experience Experience with seniors, dementia care, Parkinson's care, fall-risk clients, or total assist clients Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling/documentation Schedule Options Day shifts Evening shifts Weekday and weekend shifts Part-time and full-time availability PRN/flexible shifts Apply Today If you are a compassionate caregiver looking for flexible work with a supportive local home care agency, we would love to hear from you.
