Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant/ Nurse Aide/ Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and a passion for enhancing the quality of life. As a PCA/NA/CNA, you will oversee operations, support, and ensure the clients receive the highest standard of care in a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized care to the client Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Assist with monitoring medications as required Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean living environment Document client care activities using EVV systems accurately Communication between residents, and families regarding care plans and clients needs Contribute to the development of individualized care plans Drive clients to appointments or community activities as needed
Qualifications:
