Flexible Caregiver (PRN / As-Needed and Weekend Shifts Available) Job description:

Serving Seniors & Hospice Clients with Compassion and Dignity. We are a trusted, locally owned home care agency serving Northern Virginia, and we are currently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support our aging and hospice clients. We offer a mix of hourly, live-in, and 24-hour assignments, allowing flexibility while providing consistent work.

Caregiver Aides Needed in Northern VA - Hourly & Live-In PositionsPosition Types Available Hourly shifts (day, evening, overnight) Live-in assignments 24-hour care (multiple caregivers per case when applicable) Short-term, Long-term and hospice-support cases Caregiver Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision Light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication reminders (no injections) Support clients and families with dignity, patience, and respect What We're Looking For Experience caring for seniors or hospice clients at least 2 years experience CNA, HHA, DSP or PCA certification Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Ability to follow a care plan and communicate clearly Must pass background check and reference verification Authorized to work in the
