Responsibilities:
Enable clients to stay in their home by monitoring and recording their condition Assist with daily activities of living such as bathing, dressing, grooming Light housekeeping Medication reminders Prepare a meal Provide transportation to appointments, grocery stores, shopping etc. Maintain a safe and secure environment for the client
