We specialize in personal care, companion care, and skilled services within the comfort of our clients' homes, ensuring a professional and trustworthy experience. Position is in Norfolk, VA. Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. Summary We are seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide to join our team in providing high-quality support to our clients. Located in Norfolk, VA, this role is essential in helping individuals maintain their independence and dignity while receiving personalized care at home. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation. Experienced in working with dementia clients High school diploma or equivalent required. Certification in First Aid and CPR is essential. Proven experience in patient care or home health settings preferred. Ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate support. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with diverse populations. Familiarity with medication administration protocols is a plus. Reliable transportation for travel between client homes may be required.
