Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated Caregivers to join our team for evening shifts. In this vital role, you will provide personalized in-home care that promotes safety, comfort, and dignity for our clients. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health by observing vital signs and reporting any changes to healthcare professionals Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary Administer medication following care plans and ensure proper documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Support clients with dementia or memory care needs through engaging activities and safe environment management Maintain a clean and safe living space by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident's personal assistive devices to ensure safe transfers and mobility Skills Proven experience in home care, assisted living, nursing home settings, or group homes is highly desirable Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring Certification in First Aid and CPR; training in Alzheimer's care, dementia care, or hospice care is a plus Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism with patience and understanding Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility needs safely Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality at all times Join us in delivering exceptional caregiving that transforms lives!
