$20/hour (1-2 children) $21/hour (3 children) $22/hour (4 children) Paid Time Off•Earn 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked Free Telehealth Primary Care Access 401(k) Match after 1 year and 1,000 hours worked Referral Bonuses Travel Incentives (when applicable) 24/7 Support Team Schedule Requirements We are seeking caregivers who: Are available at least 3 weekdays Have availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Can work 8-10 hour shifts Can commit to at least 3 months of availability Responsibilities Provide attentive childcare in family homes Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment Support children's learning and development through play and interaction Communicate updates with parents and guardians Occasionally provide companionship or basic support for adult family members when requested Qualifications At least 1 year of childcare experience, babysitting experience, nanny experience, daycare experience, preschool experience, or related caregiving experience Adult care, senior care, or home care experience is a plus Two professional references CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, professional, and caring attitude Availability for at least 3 weekdays between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Ideal Experience We encourage applicants with experience as: Babysitter Nanny Childcare Provider Daycare Teacher Preschool Teacher Teacher's Aide Camp Counselor Childcare Assistant Caregiver Home Care Aide Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Join TLC Family Care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families while enjoying competitive pay and ongoing support. #IND1
